Gaurav has spent nearly a decade building early- to growth-stage technology companies, with a core focus on physical world innovation. Prior to joining Shiftsmart in 2023, Gaurav was Vice President and member of the founding team at Built Robotics -- a startup deploying fully autonomous heavy equipment to address labor challenges in construction -- where he led finance, operations, and business development. Previously, Gaurav led the company creation strategy at Shumway Capital, and started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company.
