Since joining Shiftsmart in 2018, Richard has held key leadership positions across operations, finance, and legal.
Prior to Shiftsmart, Richard managed nearly 20 acquisitions and their subsequent integrations within the software and technology space. Most notably, Synacor's (NASDAQ: SYNC) acquisition of Zimbra, Zimbra’s divestiture from VMware, and the integration of Skywire Software when it was acquired by Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).
Richard received his BA from the University of North Texas.
